Mohamed Abdulkadir Mohamed, known across Hiiraan as Garyaqaan, has spent his working life serving the public: as a student leader, as a prosecutor, and as a Member of Parliament.
Raised in Beledweyne, trained in law, and tested by the security challenges facing his district, he represents Hiiraan in the Federal Parliament of Somalia.
